Returns Policy
Our goal at 17 Parts is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we manufacture and sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
17 Parts, examines and implements a mandatory inspection process prior to shipping each order to ensure that each item ordered is shipped accurately and in the proper condition as described on our website. In the unlikely event that an incorrect part is shipped, (for Domestic Orders Only) 17 Parts will arrange a pickup for the item and replace it with the correct part. In the event that this occurs we will require that the item shipped back to us be well packed and in its original unopened and in its original packing and in a well protected box.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For domestic customers we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). International Freight Charges and handling fees, import duties, export duties, custom charges, brokerage fee, will not be refundable under any circumstances.
If you receive any open boxes or damaged cartons you must report and fill out a claim form with the carrier making the delivery. We will attempt to help and assist you with your claim with the carrier, however any determination of claim and ultimate responsibility for the damage or shortages will be with the carrier.
Please note Surplus Parts, Close-outs, made to order items, hoses, hydraulic assemblies, v-belts, electrical parts, gaskets, gasket kits, o-rings, o-ring kits, seals, seal kits and bearings are non cancel non returnable items and will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Please note we sell part numbers and not descriptions when placing an order please verify that the part number you are ordering is correct. Please check the part number you are ordering is the correct part number for the application you require and make sure you verify the model number, serial number for the application you require. SELLER NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES MAKES ANY FURTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO SELLER’S PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Local Delivery and Pick-up
Please note we do not provide local delivery. Customers and their authorized agents may pick up orders from 1:00 PM to 4:00 pm Monday – Friday excluding holidays listed on our website.
Domestic Shipping
Our preferred carrier is Federal Express, We ship daily using FedEx, if you have a carrier of your choice and mark your order customer pickup and add your shipping instructions along with your account number on the comments field. Please note that we do not use UPS and some carriers such as DHL and TNT must contacted directly by you and pickup must be requested on your end.
International Shipping
We ship all over the world to virtually every country in the World. Our Carrier of choice is FEDEX however we understand that many international customers have their own Freight carriers or forwarders. If you choose to use your own carrier mark your order as customer pick up and add you instructions on the comments fields and our shipping department will contact you via email to finalize your shipment.

Note: All though we might have provided you with pricing / quotation or you made a purchase online using our system, we have the right to refuse any sale in accordance with Export regulations, ordinances and or laws. We will have the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
Undeliverable shipments and Delivery Exceptions
If an order is shipped to the specified address and is returned undeliverable due to the incorrect address or any other delivery exception not a result of our error 17 Parts, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with the return shipment as well as any shipping charges for redelivery. On larger heavy orders the freight company may require contacting the customer prior to delivery. If the customer can not be located or is un-reachable. prior to delivery. The freight company at its option will normally and sometimes automatically return the order to the shipper as undeliverable. In the event that a shipment is undeliverable due to the customer being unreachable, the customer will be directly responsible for the return shipping charges in addition to a 20 percent restocking fee, should the customer choose for the order not to be redelivered.
